A Company With a Solid Foundation; we have been in business since 1945, after returning from World War II, F.E. “Francis” Meisenheimer purchased an insurance agency from A.F. McPeek and changed the name to Kingman Insurance Agency. This agency was operated by F.E. until 1961 when a partnership was formed with his brother, D.L. “Leroy” Meisenheimer. The agency was incorporated in 1985 and F.E. Meisenheimer passed away in 1988.

Mike Osner joined the Agency in 1989 and became the President in 1995. Our Agency has a history of making our clients’ needs our top priority, giving them personalized attention; our clients are our business.
